Another name for it is PC Paintbrush 1.0 September 21, 2008
"PC Paintbrush Designer" is the same thing as "ZSoft PC Paintbrush Ver.1" which is what i was really was hoping for so i lucked out.
It wont run on anything beyond windows 98SE unless you use virtual PC on XP or above which is what i use. Although my Wacom bamboo works in PC Paintbrush within Virtual Win 98 there is a lag effect when painting so I still have to work out this problem out. Bamboo doesnt have drivers for Win98SE. Anyway I got program for a buck. Why do I like this program? because it has some tools like mix and glaze which even latest Photoshop doesnt have. Now granted its not Photoshop but it is nice and easy and simple and fun to paint in. I find using smear in photoshop to be limited in its ease of use for blending colors where as PC Paintbrush makes it easier.
