So kids and parents will both be tremendously relieved to discover Flo, a water deflector and faucet cover that turns a regular bathtub faucet into a gentle, safe waterfall. Although the cover is designed to fit easily over any standard bathtub faucets, there are definitely some faucets that it will fit better—or worse—than others. The Flo is easy to attach…but it can be fairly easy to remove, too, which is not always ideal when it's a curious one-year-old doing the detaching. The bubble dispenser does not always work optimally, but presumably that's not what most parents will be looking for in a protective cover/water deflector, anyway. And with some engineering (a.k.a. wiggling the cover around), the bubble dispenser issues can often be resolved. --Emilie Coulter

 No More Bathtub Bumps And Bruises January 8, 2009
Thank goodness Boon has designed the Flo. My kids love to have a splashing good time in the tub and usually come in contact with the plumbing fixtures. This product has more than paid for itself the first time we used it. My 18 month daughter is a base jumper(surely not suicidal at 18 months;) ) and managed to sneak one by me in the tub. Ofcourse her forehead smacked against the the spout but, the Flo was installed and did it's job. So on it's first use it saved us a trip to the ER+ co-pay, I no longer have high blood pressure at bathtime, and the accusatory dirty looks from strangers have ceased. (but only after the bruises on their faces cleared up- ha,ha) The Flo installs right out of the box similar to a giant clothespin and is easily removed the same way. We plan to take it with us when we travel. It seems to have a universal fit and allows for showers with out removing anything. The "waterfall" fascinates my girls who used to hate washing their hair, washing in the waterfall now ranks up there with Sesame Street. Any family with small children would benefit in owning Boon's Flo.

I bought this because my granddaughter fell and scraped her face on the faucet in the bath tub and by appearance it looked like it would cover the majority of the faucett and keep her from getting hurt again. The problem is that we have excellant water pressure and when the water is on it shoots off the faucett - when the water is off it slides down to the end and barely hangs on. It has fit the purpose but I would like it better if it stayed in place.

I really absolutely have no clue what this thing does or is meant to do.
I mean, it spreads out water well and hangs pretty solidly on my faucet.
but, it's not a bad piece of equipment, solidly built.
Doesn't look too bad either.
anyway, if this is what you're looking for, I recommend it. Boon is a good brand.

This product is a great idea, but they need to be more clear in the selling info that it only fits on certain faucets. The hole at the top that fits over the shower knob thing only fits over knobs that are at the front of the faucet. Unlike mine, which is further back. I can get the boon flo cover over the faucet, but it really doesn't clamp down and it falls off if you bump it. Hopefully I'll be able to move into a house, someday, that has the right kind of faucet.
