 Just a cd player December 27, 2008
Does not amplify voices but it does play CD's. So, if you only need a CD player, this is it!

Don't waste your money on this very poorly-made product!!! We purchased this for our 3-year-old's birthday and immediately had to mail it back. It would not play most of our cds. When we did eventually find one or two that would run, the slightest movement would cause it to stop. This player does not continue running when the cd encounters a problem like most cd players do. It just competely stops. Definately not meant for a young child b/c it can not be moved, touched or carried around when it is running. Doesn't even work for adults. We are going to buy a regular, adult cd-player to replace this one.

My son is still young to understand how it works (19 months), but he loves music and loves that he can tote it around with him. Plus, the company offers a free CD for $2 s/h - definitely worth the price - good value overall!

I bought this for my Granddaughters 3rd birthday. She loves listening to her music and singing along in the microphones.The second microphone makes sharing a song with a friend hassle free and fun. It is safe,durable and so easy to operate she can use it without help. I'm sure she will be enjoying this for years to come. GREAT PRODUCT!

Received as a gift for Xmas. I agree. Does not amplifiy your voice at all. My girls and others try to make it louder by putting it in their mouths. Now it doesn't work at all. Very disappointing!
