my 2 month old son LOVES this mobile. he used to hate being changed, now with this mobile above his changing table he loves it. he'll start smiling and laughing as soon as we lay him down, and he won't take his eyes off of the pictures. it doesnt move or have sound, but it doesnt matter, this is the best mobile ever. all you have to do is give it a little push when you lay the baby down and it'll sway back and forth for a while. even when its not moving my son still stares at it.
Six week old loves it! September 19, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Our six week old daughter loves this mobile. We had a stuffed animal mobile that she ignored; when I replaced it with this mobile she showed excitement by waving her arms and legs, and started to smile and coo at the mobile. I used the rotating clamp that was on the old mobile so that the figures spin around slowly; when it stops, she starts fussing for it to be wound up again :)
A fav from day one September 7, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My daughter loved this from the first moment I hung it on her crib. We just took it down about a month ago (when she was over 6 months old). Not because she was bored with it, but because they recommend you take it down when baby can sit up. I've been recommending this to all new moms.
Great for a changing table! August 18, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
All the complaints about card quality are true, and it doesn't rotate on its own. That having been said, my baby from 1-3 months (he's only 3 months now) loves this thing. Changing the cards every couple of weeks is no big deal, and he really loves to stare at the patterns. Compared to the wind-ups that only keep baby interested for the 20 seconds or so that it stays wound, this is a great buy.
Worth the money.
favorite newborn toy July 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I put this over my son's (9 weeks old now) changing table and he loves it. He will stare, goo, and reach up for it for a long time. He likes this thing more than his Tiny Love play gym. It is well worth the $$
